The 16"/45 (41cm) were mounted on Japan's Big 7, the Nagatos. One is preserved at a Museum in Japan from Battleship Mutsu. Also on the note of Mutsu, the 3rd Turret exploded in an accident, causing the sinking of the Mutsu with many loss of life.
